Hi, my name is Paul Byron. I’m with the Young Automotive Group, and we are a Gliptone dealer. One of the main things that we’re concerned about is providing a good quality product to our customers, and bringing on Gliptone and seeing the success we’ve had with it, there’s no way we’d ever go back. The first word that comes to my mind when I think of Gliptone is quality. We want to deliver an exceptional customer experience and the best quality product that we can put out there, and I feel Gliptone fits right into that. You get all the product you’re going to need to do the job. It all comes from one place, I don’t have to outsource my pads, I don’t have to outsource my compound, I don’t have to outsource my ceramic. You’re getting all that in one shop. What impresses me most about GT Quartz Ceramics is the science behind the chemicals that is used in our ceramic coatings. It’s amazing what those chemicals can do in the 5D contamination wash because it’s taken all the decontaminants off of the vehicle. One of my favorite parts about it is the iron eater. You get to see the iron eater turn the entire car, the wheels, purple. It’s amazing. What impressed me most about GT Quartz Ceramics is the ability to bring back the color in the paint. It gives it more depth, almost like a mirror finish to it. The quality of the product is far superior than anything else we’ve looked at. And trust me, we looked at a couple different products, I’m not just the guy that jumps on the first thing. Another thing you’re going to find out too is with these guys is not only will they come out and train your initial employees, but they’ll come out and continually train to make sure that they’re up on the best way to apply the product and also the best product out there for our customers. Would I recommend any other dealership using it? Yes. Not only is it, first of all, a good product, but it’s going to make you money. Before, all we could offer them, you know, was a basic wash package. Now we have the ability to offer them something that will take care of their investment. I did not know of the business that was out there and the potential for our group. When everything is said and done, that customer’s walking around, you look at it, the value that it adds to their car and the value that adds to their experience is the quality that we want to put out there. And that’s why we teamed up with Glypto.
